SHIPPING
The carrier we use for shipping our books is Royal Mail. The charges vary according to the weight of the package and its size (width and thickness).
Within the UK, we send books by standard first class mail (theoretically, this means delivery next day).
Within Europe we send books by standard air mail. The difference in cost between surface mail and airmail for delivery addresses in Europe is trivial. For this reason standard shipping = faster shipping.
Outside Europe. Standard shipping is surface mail: this is cheap but very slow. Faster shipping is airmail: for most destinations delivery time is within a week, but it is expensive.
Free shipping. We offer free shipping on individual orders of six or more items.
RETURNS
If for some reason the book/s has/have become damaged during delivery, please:
(1) report this to us straightaway.
(2) Send the damaged book(s) back to us in Oxford together with a receipt for the postage. (If you happen to forget the receipt when posting the book, we will remind you by email.) Then
(3) We will replace the book(s) without charge, and refund the postage costs you have incurred. WE CAN REPLACE THE DAMAGED BOOK BUT WE CANNOT REFUND THE POSTAGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT.
