Interface Publications will comply with the letter and spirit of the law—the Data Protection Act, 1998. In addition:
Customer information collected through the ordering process—name and address, e-mail address, and credit card details—is the minimum needed to proceed with an order, to do the billing and delivery, etc. This information is not disclosed to a third party for any purpose, nor added to any third party database, nor used to enable any kind of ‘cold calling’ by email or phone.
Orders from this web site go via a secure server, protected by a firewall and SSL (secure socket layers) encryption. When you send your order at the checkout the details of it are scrambled so that they cannot be read en route to us. We do not use cookies either to collect personal information or for any other purpose.
As a further security measure, we will regularly remove all information related to orders and pre-orders from our server and system.
Credit card details are not written out in any email or other correspondence (for example, order status reports, invoices, receipts).
If you have questions or concerns about privacy, please contact the company secretary: secretary@interfacepublications.com
